Diageo has several dozen leading brands and sales operations in more than 180 countries.

Implementing new software and management processes – and the working culture that goes with them – is a major operation.

We worked with the Diageo HQ team to design and launch an effective  global campaign to promote next generation Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), appointing and briefing ambassadors, spotlighting Centres of Excellence, and  providing advice and resources to improve forecasting, responsiveness and margins in the Global Supply Chain.
