Interxion (now part of Digital Realty) was one of Europe’s leading providers of colocation data centre services, with over 1600 customers and 40 facilities.

The Communication Matrix worked closely with the HQ marketing and sales team and other agencies to define the right key messages for the business overall and for a range of vertical customer and prospect segments.  Once we had developed, tested and agreed these messages we rolled them out with a new website, a series of corporate announcements, case studies, articles, and a refreshed set of collateral to support the needs of each segment.

We also designed and implemented sustainability-focused materials and events which established Interxion at the forefront of global data centre operators in this area.

All of our work, and that of the rest of the team, was fed into a bespoke dashboard tool which we designed and launched through a series of workshops to manage, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of the pan-European and country-specific PR and marketing effort.
